SAVANNAH CHRISLEY IS ‘FREAKING OUT’ OVER APPELLATE COURT’S DECISION ON PARENTS’ PRISON SENTENCE
Since they were first sentenced, Savannah Chrisley has been fighting to get her parents Todd and Julie Chrisley‘s prison sentences reduced.
Now, she’s “freaking out” over a recent update from the appellate court.
Since they were first sentenced, Savannah Chrisley has been fighting to have her parents Todd and Julie Chrisley’ prison sentence reduced.
While she obviously just wants her parents to not be behind bars, her concerns have been amplified given recent reports of the conditions her parents are facing in prison.
She has recently called her father’s conditions at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola “unlivable.”

She and her brother Chase Chrisley have been vocal about the conditions their father was left to deal with while serving his ten year sentence.
“They are both in states where it gets to be 100+ degrees, and there’s no air conditioning,” Chase said on Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley.
Shortly after, a letter posted to Todd’s Instagram account was forwarded to his daughter after it had been sent to government officials.

Shortly after, a letter posted to Todd’s Instagram account was forwarded to his daughter after it had been sent to government officials.
The letter went into detail about black mold at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola and the steps that were taken to improperly and dangerously clean it with chlorine. The letter also acknowledged asbestos and lead in the water.
The document, which was sent on September 16th, explained that COVID-19 cases were becoming an increasing issue among the population there. It also contained the disturbing allegation that a corrections officer had improperly touched a female inmate.
Savannah has been vocal about these disturbing living conditions on her social media, and recently shared an update about trying to get her father out of there.
According to the former pageant queen, there was a conversation between unnamed people at the facility where “someone” asked if Todd and another man would be able to get transferred to another prison.
“The only reason they want them out of there is because all their [the facility’s] corruption is being exposed,” Savannah said in an Instagram story video.
The 26-year-old alleged the prison was going to use the excuse that Todd was a threat and needed to be removed for “staff safety.” Apparently, the facility is trying to flip the switch on Todd since he is drawing attention to the horrendous living conditions.
“Well, let’s make this very clear,” Savannah ranted. “Staff safety is BS.”
“They’re going to use the excuse of safety for the correctional officers, but let’s face it, the correctional officers – their safety is not in jeopardy.”
Now, Savannah is reporting a win in her recent battle to get her parents back on the streets.

“I am freaking out!” Savannah shared via her Instagram on Monday.
“As you know, we are spending Thanksgiving a little different this year, because I wasn’t going to fake it,” she shared with fans. “I wasn’t going to do the traditional Thanksgiving we’re always used to.
“But I got a call this morning and the appeals court has granted our oral arguments. So, I literally was sobbing.”

According to Savannah, this means that this means she’s “one step closer to getting mom and dad home.”
“The kids are freaking out. I’m freaking out. I got to explain it to Chloe,” Savannah shared on Instagram. “It’s just amazing.”
“We get to go and argue why mom and dad should be home,” she continued. “So, God is good. Thanksgiving win!”
In the caption of the clip, Savannah noted that the “oral argument in an appellate court represents a critical moment in every case. The briefs are written, and the panel may already be leaning towards a decision.”
“Oral argument, therefore, is an opportunity to cement the panel’s decision in your favor, or perhaps your final chance to save your case!!” according to Savannah.
