Will There Be A Below Deck Down Under Season 2 Reunion?

Below Deck Down Under Season 2 ended after another dramatic outing. However, will there be a reunion episode to address some unanswered questions?

Below Deck Down Under Season 2 won’t have a reunion episode, just like the first season.
Despite the lack of a reunion, the season was highly entertaining and dramatic, with notable events such as the removal of crew members for unwanted sexual advances.
Below Deck Mediterranean season 8 will air next, replacing any hopes for a surprise reunion for Below Deck Down Under season 2.

Despite a highly entertaining and dramatic Below Deck Down Under Season 2, no reunion has been mentioned. Below Deck Down Under season 2 came to a close when the finale episode aired on September 18, 2023. However, the season will go down as one of the most dramatic in the franchise’s history. In what many regard as the highlight of the season, crew members Luke Jones and second steward Laura Bileskalne found themselves removed from the show after making unwanted sexual advances towards their co-stars Margot Sisson and Adam Korda, respectively.

Also, Below Deck Mediterranean villain Joāo Franco made his Below Deck Down Under debut. Despite the negative backlash surrounding his addition, Joāo positively impacted the crew and even hoped for a romantic relationship with Tzarina that unfortunately didn’t result in something concrete. Under the watchful eye of Captain Jason Chambers and Chief Stew Aesha Scott, the whole crew executed a fantastic yachting season. However, the Below Deck Down Under season 2 finale ended with some unanswered questions.

A Below Deck Down Under Season 2 Reunion Is Unlikely

Over the years, Below Deck reunions have become an unmissable segment of the reality show. Not only does it offer fans the chance to see all their favorite cast sitting together without the pressure of their hatching duties, but it’s also an avenue for them to answer questions and revisit some of the events that defined the season. However, unlike some Below Deck spin-offs, Below Deck Down Under has not had a reunion episode since it premiered. There wasn’t a Below Deck Down Under season 1 reunion, and so far, it looks likely that the trend will continue for Below Deck Down Under season 2.

Despite the dramatic events of the season, which left many questions still unanswered, Bravo hasn’t released any trailer or announcement about a reunion. Also, neither Andy Cohen, who is the designated host of the Below Deck reunion, nor the cast members have mentioned a Below Deck Down Under season 2 reunion on their social media.

Bravo’s Below Deck Universe is huge, consisting of multiple spin-offs that air throughout the year. While there hasn’t been any indication of a Below Deck Down Under Season 2 reunion since the finale aired on September 18, Bravo has already confirmed another spin-off will take its place next week. Below Deck Mediterranean season 8 will air next, eliminating any speculation or suggestion there might be a surprise airing of a Below Deck Down Under season 2 reunion.

Nonetheless, while it is highly disappointing that there won’t be a reunion episode for the second season, Below Deck Down Under season 2 provided much entertainment and drama. The show has lived up to expectations as one of the highly-rated Below Deck spin-offs, and fans can only look forward to the next time Captain Jason Chambers and the rest of the Below Deck Down Under grace the screens.
