A renowned hockey player, Nic Kerdiles, lost his life in a tragic road accident on September 23 in Nashville. He ran into another vehicle at the stop sign. He was riding the same Indian bike he showed off on her social media that same night.
Nic’s death came as heart-wrecking news for all his loved ones. Besides his amazing athletic skills, he rose to fame for his appearance in Chrisley Knows Best as Savannah’s fiance. However, the couple called their engagement off in June 2020, but the media still continues to link his death to her.
Nic’s sister, Marine Kerdiles, disapproved of it. Thus, she shared an Instagram story ripping the news. She seems to be extremely unhappy with E! news. She kicked off by penning, “Shame on you, ENEWS!!”
The devastated sister of Nic then called them out for linking the horrible incident of her brother’s death to the “Chrisley family and HER,” referring to Savannah. Marine then remembered her brother, stating that he was an amazing person, uncle, and professional hockey player even before he met the Chrisleys.
Marine’s statement made it to Reddit, where several fans supported her. One of the Redditors supported Nic’s sister by stating that it was bizarre that Savannah’s name kept appearing merely because they dated. They even mentioned that Nic had a wonderful life both before and after her.

Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Shares Tribute For Nic
Like most of her loved ones, Savannah also took to her Instagram to share an emotional tribute to Nic. A day after his death, she shared a video montage featuring her favorite memories together. She took to the caption of this upload to pen her tribute.
She started by wishing for Nic to see all the people who were “showing up and loving him right now.” Talking about his radiant personality, she shared that the world was so empty without him. Chrisley Knows Best star then mentioned that she felt ‘numb’ and found it difficult to accept that he is no more.
She then stated that they had numerous extremely good memories and some bad memories, but she would hold to the memories in the middle, where there was nothing but love.
Savannah even recalled they were just kids who were figuring out life during the beginning of their relationship. The star concluded by recalling their time in San Diego and stating that it would be “unforgettable” to her.
